FAQs

What are the shipping costs?
Delivery costs vary upon location of between $150 and $280 AUD. These are subsidised by us. Free delivery promotional offers that are advertised on our website do not apply for New Zealand deliveries.

How long does delivery take?
Between 3 and 5 days, no more.

Do I have to pay importation taxes?
Although we deduct the GST component from the above prices when purchasing from us, please note you will be required to pay importation taxes when importing into NZ.

So how much would a queen mattress to Auckland cost?
$862.73 (this cost is less GST, usual sale price $949) plus delivery $175 = $1037.73 AUD, $993.04 NZD.

Do you offer a trial period and return policy?
Yes.  We offer a 30-night home trial and a return policy. Unfortunately due to logistical restrictions we’re not able to offer a free return service from New Zealand. The cost to return your mattress would be the same cost as that paid to deliver the mattress to you.
