Usage

Suitable for use with most types of bed frames, even adjustable electrics or divans. Performs best on a completely flat, stable, or slatted base. Ensure slats are no wider than 7.5cm apart. Do not use directly on the floor or on a plywood board with no ventilation. Rotate the mattress (head-to-toe) through 180° every month for the first 6 months and every three months thereafter, to aid longevity.

Easy Care

TENCEL™ cover: Unzip and remove the TENCEL™ cover. Machine wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not use bleach. Always allow to dry completely before putting the cover back on your mattress. Tumble dry on low heat on.

Ergoflex® mattress core: Spot clean by hand with mild detergent.

Dry at room temperature - avoid direct heat or light.

Return Policy & Warranty

The Ergoflex® 5G Memory Foam Mattress is covered by a 10-year warranty. We offer a 30-night trial period and free return option from most metro areas. From regional areas a return fee of between $100 and $250 may be applicable depending upon where you live. The 30-night trial starts from the day your mattress is delivered and is limited to one return per household.
