Ergoflex Australia Receives Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation from Feefo

Ergoflex Australia received the Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation 2015, thanks to the overwhelmingly positive customer feedback that the company received from customers via Feefo, The Global Feedback Engine.
To be granted Gold Trusted Merchant status, a retailer must achieve a Service Rating of at least 95% and reach a minimum quantity of reviews throughout the course of a year. Ergoflex Australia achieved a Service Rating of 98% and Product Rating of 97%, from customer reviews left on the Feefo website during 2014.
Some review platforms allow feedback to be left regardless of whether a purchase has been made or not! With Feefo, the process requires a transaction to have been completed, with feedback requests only going to verified customers. This means that the ratings and reviews generated for Ergoflex are meaningful and reliable, allowing potential customers to feel confident in the reviews they are reading and make informed purchasing decisions.

Feefo introduced the Trusted Merchant Accreditation to recognise the hard-work of merchants that consistently deliver excellent customer service from the perspective of their actual customers. Those businesses that annually meet the criteria are invited to display the Trusted Merchant award on their website as a visible reassurance of their customer-generated Service Rating.
The Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation is only presented to Feefo merchants that have achieved a Service Rating between 95% and 100% over the course of the year. Ergoflex achieved an impressive 98% Service Rating.
