MPORTANT INFORMATION ON PROMOTIONAL/COMPLEMENTARY ITEM RETURNS. Free mattress returns under the risk-free trial do not include free returns on complementary items (ie; pillows) included as part of a promotion, and these must be returned at the customers expense. For hygiene reasons, mattress protectors and pillows must have their security seal intact, unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund, we cannot authorise refunds once opened. Alternatively, promotional/complementary items may be kept by the customer with the listed RRP deducted from any overall refund.
