When your mattress arrives it will be vacuum packed. Whatever you do, don’t panic. The people who made your mattress know what they are doing- vacuum packing is the way of the future! The mattress will quickly spring back into its original factory fresh form. That is why it is called memory foam, after all: it remembers its shape. And it will continue to remember its shape for a decade, meaning that when you get up in the morning, the bed will return to its factory mould, waiting for you to get back in that night.
