One of the wonderful things about being in a relationship is waking up next to the person you love... however, this is only good if you are actually waking up, if you have been awake all night, struggling to get to sleep because of your loved one then it is not such a great thing. In fact, it can start to have serious long term affects on your relationship, so here are some tips on how to have a good couple sleep.
1.Size matters... bed size, that is! Don’t try and sleep in a double bed, those are only really a double for dwarfs. There is no way two adults can comfortably sleep on a double bed without disturbing each other, they are simply too small for two fully grown adults. Go queen at the least.
2.Choose the right mattress type. Mattress types are not created equal, in fact, many of the cheaper and older styles of mattress material cause serious roll together, which is one of the biggest causes of disharmonious sleep for couples. The best mattress material for couples is memory foam as it is able to mould itself to each person’s particular body shape and posture each and every night, meaning that you will never experience roll together again!
